I believe that the truth of our lives is tightly held inside us; discovering pathways to it may be the work of psychotherapy. Our truths are the answers we seek to many life questions: How can I get relief from anxiety? How can I feel more connected in relationships? How can I feel more fulfilled in my career? Who am I? What do I want to do with the next twenty years of my life? And with whom? How can I be kinder to myself, and others? Why am I angry so often? Where is the joy, the love, the enthusiasm I want to feel in life?
